Wilson Bank & Trust is Hiring a Learning & Development Operations Specialist Near Lebanon, TN
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Works with operational employees through various training methods and settings to strengthen knowledge of role, tools needed to efficiently work in role, and understanding of bank products/services and policy/procedures. Works directly with Management to assess operational employee needs, create training material/content, and execute development support. Responsible for operational employee new hire orientation and creating ongoing development plans for specific roles, as well as individual plans for employees, then executing plans accordingly. Responsible for coordinating employee shadow schedules and assists with LMS system by creating new courses based on the needs of operational employees. Backs up other Learning and Development Specialists as needed. Stays abreast of changes/updates to bank products and policies. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:Three years’ banking experience preferred: Knowledge of all deposit, loan, Treasury Management, and digital banking products and services. Solid understanding and proficiency in bank policies and procedures. Should be familiar with, and able to instruct others in, the use of various bank systems such as Silverlake, Linx, Intranet, Customer Account Inquiry, Synergy Express, XPerience, Citrix, Synapsys, Online Banking, and any other software or digital platform utilized by employees or customers. Must be detail oriented, organized, and flexible. Must possess good time management, multi-tasking skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Canva. Must be energetic, a self-starter and able to interact with all types of personalities in a friendly and professional manner. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with the possibility of Saturday. Travel may be required on an individual basis. Out-of-town trainings/schools could be required.
