**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Director to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement food service policies and procedures
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, meal preparation & service, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedule front of house and back of house
- Oversee staff training and development
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients
- Create budgets and manage expenses effectively
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food service management, restaurant management, or culinary roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with banquet operations, kitchen management, and shift management is a plus
