About The Role
As a Product Development Manager, your primary focus is helping the product team members thrive in the environment and contribute their engaging talents to achieve successful product outcomes. This integrative, people-first role manages the product development team as direct reports. The Product Development manager understands the product's business and technology needs and, through the team's efforts, balances long-term product maintainability with tactical business outcomes. This role works with the Product Manager and Product Operations and reports directly to the Vice President of Product & Technology.

You have experience with technical vendor management
You have applicable industry and customer experience
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience as a technical leader
Experience with Agile and Lean techniques and best practices
