Insurance Sales & Client Relationship Account Executive

Summary:

Do you thrive in building strong relationships and helping businesses secure their future? We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales & Client Relationship Manager. You'll play a key role in developing and managing client relationships, ensuring they have the right insurance coverage and HR services for their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with businesses to identify their insurance and HR needs.
  • Craft customized insurance packages and recommend effective HR solutions.
  • Guide clients in selecting the best coverage and services to meet their specific goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor, proactively suggesting updates and overseeing renewals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations – both virtually and in person.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in business-to-business sales (5 years)
  • Experience in the insurance or professional service industry (2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of various insurance products and HR services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, LinkedIn, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals
  • Valid Ohio Life, Accident, and Health insurance license (or obtainable within 30 days)
