Wild Rivers is Hiring a Prep Cook Near Irvine, CA
Prep-Cooks are in charge of prepping food according to the menu specifications. Duties include preparing food and maintaining sanitation standards. Wild Rivers is on the search for team members who want to learn about cooking to join our team and help prepare and cook food at high quality and a fast pace. You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.
- Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to Kitchen Supervisors and follow instructions.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Must maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
-Previous cook experience is desired but not required
-Must be 15 years old or more
-Team Mentality

-Food Handlers Certification (Required)
-Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40lbs
