We are looking for a full time diversified maintenance individual to join our team in the Green Bay area. Individual must be a self starter with skills in electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs, ability to do drywall repair, general apartment preparation for new residents. Desired individual must get along well with residents and other maintenance staff. In addition, you will be expected to monitor and co-ordinate outside maintenance and learn from their involvement.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the activities of any contracted maintenance to assure the work is done properly and in the most cost effective manner.

In your new role, you will report directly to our local project manager, and occasionally to the project managers at one of our other Green Bay location. You will be expected to carry a cell phone and be on emergency call. When not available, you will be expected to make alternative arrangements through your manager to assure required coverage.

Daily hours are flexible at you and your manager’s agreed discretion. Pay will be dependent upon skill, attitude and performance. Valid drivers license required, and a truck preferred, as you will be picking up materials. Compensation provided for mileage used.
