Duties as a member of our maintenance division include pruning plants, shrubs and trees. Weeding and cleaning landscape planting beds. Caring for the landscape appearance of established properties. Compensation starts between $15 - $25 per hour working 40-45 hours per week. Pay is based on experience, holding an active pesticides license, work ethic and positive attitude; pay increases can happen within a few weeks after showing understanding and results of the job duties.
