***Sign on bonus $1500 (500 at 90 days, 500 at 150 days, 500 at 210 days).

Responsibilities include:
General grounds maintenance & landscaping. Mostly landscaping type work (mulching, shrub replacement, shrub pruning, grass planting, reworking shrub beds, etc.) in the summer and snow removal in the winter.
Requirements include a good attitude, good attendance, and a willingness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of weather. Previous experience working on a grounds, maintenance, or landscaping crew is helpful but not required. We will train as long as you're willing to learn. Ability to operate a variety of small power equipment and/or larger landscaping equipment is also a plus but not required.
