As an Outbound Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships through proactive outbound calls. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage 100 or more outbound calls a day to existing clients to identify sales opportunities, upsell/cross-sell products or services, and build rapport.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services, features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and optimize sales processes.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and sales strategies. Generate and present reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Microsoft Excel: Have basic Excel-level knowledge.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in outbound sales, account management, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving goals.
