Responsibilities and Duties

• Enter orders into NetSuite system.
• Respond to customer service requests;
• Provide product information;
• Prepare shipping documents and shipping labels;
• Create Manifest or Picklist;
• Filling shipping claims with the carriers;
• Inform customers by email or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays;
• Check inventory records to determine the availability of requested merchandise. Inventory adjustment;
• Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing;
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferred;
• Prior order entry/customer service experience;
• Phone skills required;
• Typing skills required, minimum 35/min;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to prioritize workload/Sense of urgency;
• Intermediate understanding of Excel and Word;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• NetSuite experience is a plus;
• Online portal experience is a plus;
• Teamwork: Must be able to work well with others/good team player.
