What You’ll Do and What You’ll Bring

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Catering Sales Manager is responsible for booking catering and banquet events. This position requires a passion for people as well as food and beverage so that the hotel can host high-quality events.
• that operations and event management has all the information needed to adequately service the group.
• in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required.
• trade shows, community events and industry meetings.
• innovative menus that meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
• highly accurate information about all activities and bookings in the sales system

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• skill at carrying out the sales call process
• knowledge of Food and Beverage.
• verbal and written communication skills.
• relationship and collaboration skills with other members of the hotel teams.
• knowledge of the hotel’s sales CRS.
• knowledge of the hotel’s catering space and capabilities.
