- Proposal Creation: Develop customized proposals and presentations showcasing catering services, pricing, and menu options tailored to each client's requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, close deals, and secure contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, coordinating menu tastings, logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to expand the client base and build a strong professional network.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
