Wheels Up is looking for a world-class HR Shared Service Representative to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.

The HR Shared Services Representative provides Human Resources information and solutions to Wheels UP associates. Provide accurate and timely support using a variety of online tools including chat, text, phone, email, web cases as well in person.

The HR Shared Services /Representative will provide answers across all areas of HR including: HR Systems, Processes, Policy and Procedures, Compliance, Employee Relations, HR Administration, training and development, onboarding, benefits and serve as the initial point of contact for all HR questions. This role will require confidentially and a focus on privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Team Members in response to HR inquiries
• Answers questions, research information, and assists with problem resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitors case load volumes to ensure effective response and resolution.
• Escalates complex issues and cases to team members and departments.
• Provides detailed research related to Human Resource inquiries, and appropriate response to team members and key business partners.
• Processes HR system tasks and provide system information and guidance to associates.
• Updates process documentation in process and provide continuous feedback opportunities.
• Provides a welcoming and responsive atmosphere, including over the phone, while maintaining high quality customer service.
• Maintains a confidential and compliant environment with all inbound and outbound correspondence in accordance with company and government regulations.
• Assists with various office tasks and provide backup to other team members.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or relevant benefits work experience required.
• A minimum of two years of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and generating and understanding HR Reporting and metrics
• ADP, WorkDay or other HRMS experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, fax machine, scanner, and copier
