About the opportunity
A Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving clarity on key initiatives related to one or more of our market-leading software platforms. S/he is responsible for managing planning, risk and issue tracking, status and reporting, communication and coordination across technology teams, and project financial tracking for dedicated initiatives.
This role is under the Office of the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in the Technology Planning Team, and a close partner of individuals working within the Office of the Chief Digital Officer (CDO).

We innovate strategic solutions joining forces with product owners and development delivery teams interested in adopting and maturing agile methodologies within the center of excellence.
You will be expected to
Partnering with Product partners and Technology leads to leverage best practices within the Technology Planning team and Agile COE
Collaborate across global teams
Facilitating quarterly planning processes within your identified domain or initiative in close partnership with senior technology leaders, Product partners, and agility engineers
Developing and Maintaining iterative project plan for technical scope of project
Facilitate maximum project visibility and transparency for the team and stakeholders including reports and presentations of status, risks, and opportunities
Tracking risks and issues as required for resolution and / or escalation
Participating in relevant status and reporting initiatives, both across teams and to relevant stakeholders
Acting as the process owner for financial / time tracking processes
We are looking for a professional who has:
BS/BA Degree in technical/information science or a related field
7 Years relevant experience project management experience overseeing technology projects
Demonstrated / intermediate expertise in at least one Agile Methodology - such as Scrum - including strong working knowledge of values, roles, rituals, and artifacts, as well as SAFe planning execution
Knowledge of project and resource management tools; experience with Agile Lifecycle Management software a plus
Experience working comfortably and confidently with various levels in an organization
