Sister Circle – Case Manager/Facilitator
Sister’s Circle is a non-profit women’s network supporting women in recovery by offering support groups, mentoring, and assistance with getting connected to programs and other services.

Job Description:
As the Case Manager/Facilitator, you will be the main point of contact for the consumers of Sister’s Circle Services, the first point of contact for community partners and vendors, and act as an liaison regarding program staff/volunteer assignments and reporting.
The Case Manager/Facilitator will take ownership of the day to day operations of the drop in center, work as a team player regarding event planning and execution, and provide crisis intervention and care coordination to the women that we serve. Facilitator will conduct 3-5 groups a week on topics of discussion.
This role is dynamic and offers a lot of creative space to right individual. This is a fast paced environment and requires that an individual be a quick thinker, problem solver, and can communicate effectively.
Job Duties:
· Provide Crisis Support to women in need by connecting them to relevant services.
· When appropriate provide support/warm hand off to appointments and programs
· Maintain accurate and timely records within our database
· Track client progress and document all interactions
· Create and maintain resource binder and job board
· Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle in person inquiry in a respectful and effective manner
· Facilitate groups, information sessions, and meetings as needed and as directed.
· Assist with event planning and execution
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification:
· 1 year of experience providing support to women in recovery and women in crisis.
· Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
· Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a face paced environment
· Has experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed and when appropriate
· Education around recovery, domestic violence, and other issues that that women in recovery face
· Experience with Microsoft outlook, excel, work, google docs, and online filing systems. Basic understanding of computer basics.
· Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Demonstrated educational/vocational experience in providing AOD services to vulnerable populations.
· Previous experience as a Case Manager or Counselor for a non-profit serving those with mental health and substance abuse needs

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per year
