- Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests, and apartment turnover functions
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- HVAC experience/certification preferred but not required
- Performs routine cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, lobbies, offices, fitness centers, rest rooms and elevators.
- Performs grounds inspections and cleans up trash on property.
- Able to salt/shovel snow if needed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- On-Call rotation with additional compensation
- Basic hand tools required
- Must be reliable
- Team player – Teamwork is our foundation
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
