Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, locksmith, and carpentry
• Utilize your specialized knowledge in either HVAC or plumbing to diagnose, repair, and maintain the respective systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance measures to optimize the performance and longevity of equipment
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations on an on-call basis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate repairs, replacements, and renovations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills in building maintenance techniques and technologies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 or more years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, painting, locksmith, and carpentry
• Specialization in either HVAC or plumbing systems
• Must have own hand tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and tape measures, to support maintenance and repair tasks. The company will provide power tools for use during work.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift heavy objects, weighing 50 lbs and over, to support maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to work on an emergency and on-call basis as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex building systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
