We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Community in Wilmington, DE.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests, and apartment turnover functions
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical
• HVAC experience/certification preferred but not required
• Able to salt/shovel snow if needed
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• On-Call rotation with additional compensation
• Basic hand tools required
• Must be reliable
• Team player – Teamwork is our foundation
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned
