Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel. Duties: - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems - Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises - Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or damages - Provide assistance to employees and visitors, addressing their concerns or inquiries - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary - Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property - Maintain accurate records of security-related activities Requirements: - Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role - Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV systems, and access control procedures - Familiarity with first aid and CPR techniques - Strong conflict management skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in security-related fields is a plus (e.g., law enforcement, loss prevention) We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for qualified candidates.
