Overview:

Join our team as a Part-Time Human Resources Intern and gain experience across various HR functions. Located at our headquarters in White Plains, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned HR professionals. This position pays $16.00/hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist the HR Recruiter with research, applicant screening and various recruitment tasks.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. 
• Maintain organized filing system, as necessary.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Working towards a college degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
• Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a busy department with multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
