We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team on a part-time basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards.
• Keep the facility clean and organized, including common areas, restrooms, and patient rooms.
• Assist with minor renovations and repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Schedule:

• Part-time position: Mondays and Thursdays, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
