```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the overnight shift.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Prepare reports summarizing daily financial activities
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

```Skills```
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy
