Position Summary:

We are seeking a Clinic Manager with RN certification to lead our team of Medical Assistants and oversee the delivery of exceptional member care. This role is pivotal in managing both the clinical and administrative aspects of our services, ensuring seamless operations and superior member outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

• Supervise and manage a team of medical assistants, ensuring high standards of member care and productivity
• Serve as a point of escalation for medical issues, providing guidance and support to the medical liaison team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop training programs to enhance staff skills.

Operational Management:

• Address operational challenges, streamline processes, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in member care.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to uphold and advance standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest levels of member privacy and confidentiality.

Patient Communication and Care:

• Enhance member interaction strategies to improve member satisfaction and care outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for members and staff.
• Utilize advanced communication skills to manage member expectations and deliver comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in hormone replacement therapy or a related field.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, and interact effectively with senior leadership and medical professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
