Job Description
Title: Clinical Lead (RN)
Reports To: Clinic Administrator
Hours: First Shift, 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the practice.
Job Summary
Looking for an Outpatient experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Lead. Provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the ambulatory, outpatient and Medical Group practice settings in accordance with policies and procedure under the supervision of the supervisor or manager. Performs all duties of a Clinical Nurse Ambulatory when providing direct patient care. Supports the manager by serving in the capacity of a clinical lead for licensed and unlicensed clinical teammates.

Physical RequirementsWork requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Must speak and understand English in good understandable terms. Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, touch. Finger dexterity. Critical thinking and ability to concentrate. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and / or unit/department conditions. Physical Abilities testing required. Additional department specific physical requirements may be identified for unique responsibilities within the department by the department manager.
