Position Description: Options Medical Weight Loss is the nations premier weight loss clinic, offering several different prescription and non-prescription programs, which we customize to meet the needs of each individual patient. We even have our own line of food! We serve communities in Illinois, Arizona, Ohio, and Florida, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and are rapidly expanding. Summary/ Objective
The Area Director starts as a Clinic Manager and progresses to provide leadership for all aspects of their clinic territory with an emphasis on meeting short term and long-term goals, and clinic and staff development. They start as a Clinic Manager overseeing one clinic and eventually manage 3-4 clinics. The Area Director provides leadership and oversight to their clinic territory, ensuring that all clinics perform to standard. They create a KPI-driven culture across their territory, with emphasis on critical performance factors. The Area Director serves as a culture carrier for their territory, emphasizing the OMWL Purpose and Core Vales in everything they do.

Position Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
\tResponsible for operational excellence and financial performance with one clinic as a Clinic Manager, with eventual progression to managing 3-4 clinics as an Area Clinic Director
\tResponsible for operational excellence and financial performance of all clinics within their designated territory.
\tMaintains oversight and leads management of supporting clinic operations & performance.
\tLeads by example with focus, motivation, and empathy to create a culture of accountability to results within a fun and productive environment.
\tDevelops strategic and consultative sales professionals using 1:1, situational, experiential, workshop and role-play coaching techniques.
\tFacilitates training programs for new managers, preparing them to successfully lead their clinic operations and staff.
\tWorks alongside the companys leadership team to develop/improve world class training, marketing, and sales initiatives.
\tBuilds and sustains a high-performance culture through attracting, developing, and retaining a highly motivated team, and teaches direct reports to do the same.
\tDrives top funnel behavior that will yield long-term results.
\tLeverages intellectual curiosity and industry affinities to develop a broad understanding of industry trends, employee retention strategies, and effective sales processes.
\tStrategically develops an active presence in the business community to cultivate new business opportunities for sales team members.
\tEvaluates employee performance; places emphasis on career pathing/employee development and makes recommendations for promotions.
\tThoroughly understand all Options programs and serves as a subject matter expert on all programs. Ensures all staff are kept informed of any new programs or changes to existing programs, and trains staff to be subject matter experts as well.
\tWorks with leadership to establish short-term objectives, long-range goals, and related plans.
\tReview the results of all operations, comparing them with the companys objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
\tPerforms consultations, counseling sessions, and working at the front desk, as needed.
\tEnsure the clinics compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
\tPerforms other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Required Education/Experience : Required Education/ Experience - REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
Five years in a management role within the retail, weight loss, medical spa, or related industry required.
Two years managing multiple locations preferred.
Four years of inventory and budget management.
Four years of people management experience, including setting and reaching quotas.Three years of interviewing and selection.
