Wells Fargo is Hiring a Senior Lead Data Product Management Consultant - Contact Center Transformation Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Product Management Consultant in Business Planning and Transformation as a part of the Chief Operating Office Operations. This position will be responsible for leading large scale data initiative efforts within the enterprise call center transformation program.

This position will also lead enterprise operations metric consistency and alignment working with businesses and technology to establish agreed upon definitions and calculations and leading the planning and implementation of these metrics. This includes working with technology to establish metrics in new big data cloud environments that meet business requirements. This role will also help establish proper business management and governance processes of data products used across most Wells Fargo lines of business operations and call centers. 

In this role, you will:

  • Work with a large number of operations leaders and operations data teams to establish consistency and alignment of key operational metrics and data elements across all call center operations groups within Wells Fargo. This will require exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Lead data and BI design solutions to simplify data sets and BI reporting used across contact center operations
  • Lead and implement an enterprise BI product working with DMI and Technology that supports contact center operations use cases and operates successfully within Google Cloud Product
  • Implement a call center operations center of excellence in system data, reporting and analytics that supports a number of major operational businesses as well as downstream functions which utilize call center data
  • Lead efforts through phases of a large enterprise project; requirements, design, implementation, testing, and end-state product management
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence strategies, objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex data platforms and utilities across multiple groups and functions
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique data product enablement initiatives and challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others, while adhering to set data governance and standards
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant data product solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or companywide strategies
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance and design analytics applications across multiple platforms and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Provide expert input on new use case intake, prioritization, product roadmap definition, and other critical business processes
  • Create and maintain highly complex data product roadmaps throughout the data product lifecycle with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities
  • Design and maintain innovative data products, enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams throughout the data product lifecycle

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7 years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with major enterprise data projects or initiatives
  • Contact center business or technology experience
  • Contact center specific data, reporting, or analytics experience
  • Experience implementing, managing, and using standard BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.) preferably from big data environments
  • Experience implementing, managing, or utilizing big data environments (Hadoop, GCP, AWS, Azure.)
  • Experience leading data through Call Center Software implementations (Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Verint, Five9, etc.)

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
