Wells Fargo is Hiring a Data Product Management Senior Manager Near CHARLOTTE, NC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Product Management Senior Manager in Consumer Cloud and Platform Management Services as part of Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms. Consumer Cloud and Platform Management Services is responsible for overseeing cloud transformation strategy, working across lines of business, Data management and Insights, and Technology to move data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to the cloud.

This role will report into the Head of Consumer Cloud and Platform Management Services, with accountability to help drive buildout of key cloud platform capabilities to enable the Consumer Data Strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Consumer Data Strategy Development: Define Consumer data strategy across product/functional areas (e.g., Cloud, Customer 360, Marketing data, etc.)

  • Cloud/Data Product Architecture: Evaluate current infrastructure and applications to identify opportunities for cloud migration, modernization, and optimization

  • Operating Model: Define and execute Consumer Cloud operating/engagement model

  • Change Management and Adoption: Lead change management efforts including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate successful cloud adoption

  • Governance and compliance: Develop and implement risk and control related processes to ensure compliance with bank policies and industry best practices

  • Ensure program meets strategic objectives and manage against proposed timelines/project plans

  • Partners with Program Leaders to define approaches, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3 years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience with leading cloud business transformations

  • 10 years of experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives

  • Exceptional leadership with ability to influence including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict

  • Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand

  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Driven, confident, organized and an accomplished problem solver

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range:

National Pay Range: $144,400 - $300,000 Annually

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long – term incentive awards.
