About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Data Product Management Senior Manager who can step in and lead our transformational journey to manage our data assets as data products. As part to the Enterprise Data Assets (EDA) organization, you will help drive the strategy and roadmap to realize our goal to enable the effective and safe use of the scale of data produced across Wells Fargo. EDA products enable business execution by providing consolidated and repeatable customer driven inputs required to perform processes and analysis to unlock value and key insights. In this role, you will: Manage and develop teams of individual contributors or managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk executing against data product strategy and roadmaps to drive enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities; engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with or affected by its outcomes Identify and recommend opportunities for data product roadmaps and data enablement solutions that impact multiple data domains and platforms, ensuring compliance with data governance and standards Determine appropriate strategy and actions of data product team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables that drive the enablement of data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of data product responsibility Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers, business, risk partners, and technical professionals within Enterprise Data Management and Technology Provide recommendations on best practices, methods, and tools to support and design innovative data products enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting Act as a catalyst to socialize capabilities, features, use case studies, and other relevant artifacts to advance the value of data enablement and productization across the enterprise Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications: 6 years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3 years of management experience 4 years of experience in one or combination of the following: leading cross functional teams, enterprise-wide projects, or directly managing people 4 years of experience with business transformation and change strategy execution 5 years of financial services industry experience 5 years of risk and finance regulatory reporting experience 5 years of product development or product management experience 5 years of experience with data governance and management practices Desired Qualifications: General understanding of Banking and/or Financial Services experience Experience working with data and underlying data sources that supporting banking products across Consumer Lending, Deposits, Loans, commercial credit, securities and derivatives. Previous experience in data analytics and reporting teams at an Enterprise level Strong communication and data visualization skills to summarize and explain complex analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the company Project management skills to drive coordination and planning of data product capability pipeline Strong problem-solving skills to assess, define, design and implement solutions to meet customer needs Intellectually curious to stay up to date with latest trends and technology Customer focused The position offers a hybrid work schedule of three (3)-days a week in the office and two (2)-days a week remote inclusive of holidays and vacation days counting as days in the office.
