About this role:
The Segment Strategy team partners with Segments and Business units within Wells Fargo to drive innovation, partnership, and early stage product development within the organization. Segment Strategists build a deep understanding of client needs and behaviors in segments and sub-segments. They partner with design to define journeys, build personas, identify pain points, and formulate service design.
This role will build a deep understanding of line of business goals, the operating landscape for the business unit, and the competitive environment for these organizations. Segment Strategists leverage this knowledge to present opportunities to the Line of Business, Front End Digital Teams, and API Teams.
