Overview

Position Summary: The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, will be a critical strategic leader within the Integrated Marketing team at WellBiz Brands. This role will be focused on the management and execution of all paid acquisition digital marketing campaigns that will help drive WellBiz's performance across all of its wellness brands at both the local and national levels.

This role will help develop the overall strategy, implementing robust targeting, creative and audience testing, channel mix optimization, and building/leading/coaching a digital marketing specialist that can meet the demands of three industry-leading and rapidly growing brands. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in defining and managing digital marketing campaigns and tactics and have demonstrated experience navigating through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:$80,000-90,000 Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing to develop and execute coordinated, conversion-driven, digital multi-channel marketing plans. This includes a partial focus on retention and win-back tactics and a primary focus on acquisition/lead generation.
  • Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of all paid digital marketing initiatives for the WellBiz wellness brands.
  • Drive execution with a core focus on performance and re-engagement marketing efforts to scale, grow, expand channel mix, and drive lifetime value.
  • Partner with the brand and creative services teams to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric, performance-driven direction.
  • Ensure campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized on time and in real-time and timed appropriately alongside all campaign elements, both offline and online.
  • Partner with digital agencies and Dir., Performance Marketing to upsell current marketing investment from franchisees.
  • Help define key target audiences for each of the wellness brands utilizing internal data and external tools, as well as understand custom audiences, lookalikes, and applications in digital space to optimize performance and tap into new leads.
  • In partnership with agencies, analyze and develop a regular reporting cadence that empowers you to not only have a full understanding of the businesses you are supporting from a digital perspective but allows you to make strategic recommendations for channel expansion, optimizations, and testing opportunities.
  • Monitor and track the digital marketing budget and reconcile it on a monthly basis.
  •  Manage and mentor a Digital Marketing strategist.
  • Lead critical performance strategy discussions with Franchise owners on an as-needed basis

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in all facets of digital marketing and have a passion for understanding the relationship between the tactics and strategies that feed into the different parts of the conversion funnel.
  • Substantial experience in digital campaign management and execution, performance metrics and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills for robust data driven decision-making process. Uses performance KPIs to tell stories backed in data.
  • Strong sense of ownership moving from strategy to hands-on mindset. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up but continuously focused on a larger brand/company vision.
  • Experience working for a digital marketing agency or managing agency partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in the face of ambiguity.
  • Desire to lead and grow digital marketers who will require support from both a technical and professional growth perspective.
  • Prior experience working with franchisees is preferred.
