Weinstein Spira & Company is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Houston, TX
Support the tax department on administrative needs and support for client deliverables. Salary range is $44,000- $52,000 per year plus competitive health benefits and 401k plans.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sending electronic copies of tax returns via secure means
Administrative responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to Shareholders and accountants
Maintaining office/greeting clients
Copying, filing and scanning client information.
Scheduling appointments
Typing letters, financial statements and other reports
Serve on the Administrative team to cover paid time off, sick time and other peaks during the year
Partner/Manager billing support
Expense report assistance.
Other special projects/tasks as required.

Position Type
This is a full-time position. Hours should comply with business hours and schedule approved by management. Any hours worked over 40 hours per week will be paid at 1.5 the standard rate.
Required Education and Experience
2 years experience supporting a professional services or other service focused business in an administrative role
Ability to adjust schedule based on peak workload times in the department.
Advanced MS Suite skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Comfort and experience with workflow software systems.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and strong organizational skills are a must.
