The Customer Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies and activities to support the company's natural gas energy efficiency goals. This role will support the residential and business programs and will involve close collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure program success including goals, budget and customer satisfaction. The Customer Program Manager will bring a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills and will be highly organized and talented in managing details. Successful candidates will thrive in a team environment and be excited to contribute to achieving a clean energy future.
