Wayne Fasteners, a Bostwick-Braun Company is currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative, researching sales competitors is vital. This position reports to the Outside Sales Manager.
You will manage a customer base that covers a large geographical area, can communicate with contacts at all levels within the company, and be proficient with and sell a wide range of products.
This position also will make sales calls, and present new merchandise, promotions, and special product offerings. Be able to open new accounts as well as add additional product lines to existing accounts. Under direct or general supervision, act as a Sales Representative for the Industrial Sales Department.
