Eastern Metal Supply is looking for an experienced Outside B2B sales representative to join our team!!

Under general supervision, to help support and grow our business. Metals industrial experience with a proven record of accomplishment of successful new business development is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities :

The following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title :

• New account development and prospecting
• Increasing share at existing accounts
• New product introduction
• Effectively communicate EMS’ distinct proficiencies
• Margin improvement initiatives
• Suggestions for adding new inventory items
• Prepare and present pricing and proposals to customers
• Maintaining computer records as to customers volume, usage, and competitive feedback
• Effective time and territory management for traveling

Qualifications :

• Four year college degree is preferred
• Prior outside sales experience is required
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize duties : Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills are required
