Position Overview
To grow sales and increase company profitability by promoting products, services and technical expertise to new and existing customers.
Essential Job Functions
· Grow sales and increase profits in an assigned territory with current customers while recruiting new customers
· Build relationships to strengthen customer relations
· Assess customer operations and provide service and solutions using our products
· New product introduction and educating customer on their use
· Quoting, customer follow up and feedback, both internal and external
· Expedite products when urgency exists
· Differentiate Wayne Pipe and Supply and our products from the competition
· Work with vendors/suppliers to train and educate our customers
· Balance as a strong customer advocate while recognizing the needs of the organization
· Plan/prioritize customer meetings and calls to maximize time
· Work as a team with various departments in the organization
· Submit monthly call reports by first week of the next month
· Fill out monthly pipe line reports regarding new and upcoming business (Starting Nov. 2014)
· Complete and submit a business plan for the following year by Dec. 1 of the current year.

Must have 3 years of successful outside sales experience
