Water’s Edge Resort and Spa is seeking a candidate who can give our customers an impressive experience, who has impeccable customer service skills and the perseverance to thrive in a fast-paced role for our busy on-site Vacation Club office. Hotel Front Desk agents are encouraged to apply. This position pays $19/hour.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests
• Answering phones and following up on internet leads
• Booking rentals and sales appointments
• Assisting with marketing efforts, posting listings and advertisements
• Preparing and sending contracts and performing closings
• Maintain inventory reports, sales and marketing tracking reports, financial reports
• Ordering and maintaining supplies
• Assisting Broker in overall management of operation
• General office administration and general office duties

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and phone etiquette
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Internet, MS Office, etc.) are required!
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Well groomed, reliable, team player
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays)
• Prior hotel front desk experience preferred
