Embark Behavioral Health is Hiring an Office Manager Near Los Angeles, CA

Overview:

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 a year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm) On-site *

Join us at our new IOP/PHP Clinic for adolescents, teens and young adults in West LA, California!

At Embark, we are here to help guide our students during those difficult moments and provide care that helps the students and their families move toward a healthy and healing home environment by assisting with communication methods, social skills, experiential and academic progress.

This position is a full-time position that will provide administrative support for executive leadership, as well as, instrumental in providing support to our clients and their families, in our IOP/PHP Clinic in West LA.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned
  • Responsible for responding to all incoming calls. This position may be responsible for providing information to families and referral sources about our services.
  • Participate in team meetings as necessary.
  • Coordinate and facilitate family and referral partner tours.
  • Handling and ordering all supplies needed for the office.
  • Handling all outgoing mail and the postage account.
  • Assist in the facilitation of program events.
  • Facilitate with admissions processes.
  • Coordinate and distribute student and family outcome data.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Committed to accurate and timely completion of work
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office suites or tech savvy.
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications.
  • Ability to develop efficient processes.
  • Ability to prioritize work and follow tasks through to completion.

Education and Experience:

The Executive Assistant should have previous administrative, receptionist or office management experience in health care agency or related field . A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Experience as a project coordinator is a plus!
