This job is a bridge between customers, production, and transportation. The following are representative of a majority of the duties:
handling shipments under 50 lbs via UPS, FedEx, etc.
Performing credit checks on potential customers and establishing them in our accounting program and filing system
Creating quotes for salespeople
Sending letters, SDS's, TDS's, or other pertinent information to customers
Updating customer files and tax certificates
Ordering and Maintaining office supplies, holiday cards, promo products, stationary, etc.
Generating reports for salespeople
Handling orders shipped from off premises warehouses

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
