Your New Role…We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Warner Bros. Discovery Talent Acquisition team! As a member of the Operations team within Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
- Being an ambassador to the candidate experience! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews, escort candidates as needed and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.
- Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents, and other tasks as needed.
- High school diploma
- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Previous experience working collectively with a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French highly preferred
