We are expanding and need an exceptional General Manager to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Manage the floor during your shift, ensuring that the environment, product, and service meet our high standards. Your commitment to excellence will be evident in every aspect of our operation.
• Guest Engagement: Build genuine connections with our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. Your warmth and professionalism will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere.
• Team Leadership: In charge of all aspects of operations, developing future leaders, handling daily cash and payroll, recruitment, inventory, and scheduling. Your leadership and guidance will inspire our team to deliver their best every day.
• Continuous Improvement: Coach and mentor team members to ensure consistency in performance, food quality, team development, and customer service. Your emphasis on "doing things right" will drive continuous improvement in our operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Be proactive in maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees. Your commitment to safety and compliance will ensure a secure and enjoyable dining experience for all.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Leadership: You understand the day-to-day operations of a restaurant and have a proven track record of leadership.
• Customer Service: You pride yourself on your customer service skills and your ability to make people feel at home.
• Adaptability: You can smoothly navigate stressful moments and create a positive atmosphere for the team and guests.
• Problem-Solving: You are solution-focused and resourceful, able to find resolutions to situations quickly.
• Time Management: You can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks without skipping a beat.
• Career Aspirations: Warehouse 72 is entering a growth cycle with the goal of growing to reach both domestic and international locations. You have future aspirations to move up the ladder and possibly join our corporate team.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
