OVERVIEW
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter District Sales Manager who thrives on crushing individual goals and regional team goals.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for both driving team success and individual accomplishments. This role centers on propelling the sales growth within your designated district.
In this integral role, you'll not only spearhead sales within your district but also remain a hands-on leader, actively engaging with the Wedding Specialist team and clients to set the benchmark for sales excellence. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Sales, your mandate will include mentoring and coaching a high-performing sales team, fostering an environment for growth and success. Your primary objective is to bolster the region's sales achievements while cultivating the skills and talents of your team.
The ideal candidate will have a compelling track record as a "sales coach," adept in identifying and nurturing potential, driving results, and breaking through sales barriers. You'll empower your team with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to excel. Your dynamic personality and heartfelt commitment to client service will not only inspire those around you but will also ensure that our brand's presence is as formidable as it is renowned within the distirct.

SALARY
Total compensation range is between $ 62,000 - $ 100,000 with the break down as follows:
REQUIREMENTS
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Hours: Full Time, Flex Schedule, should be available to work when prospective clients can tour
Experience:
Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
Physical: Able to lift 15 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
