Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment. E-commerce/Amazon experience is a big plus.

Duties:
- Utilize Google Suite to create and update documents
- Demonstrate computer literacy to handle various office software
- Assist with calendar management
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed

Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Secretary or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
