Wake Robin is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Shelburne, VT

The Wake Robin HR Generalist is a full-time position and a vital member of the Wake Robin/HR team. This role is key in HR’s mission to be a proactive, helpful, and an informative source for WR staff and supports our high standards of care and service-based community.
In collaboration with the HR Team, the primary functions of this role involve maintaining systems associated with recruitment, personnel records, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines, making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities as well as general administrative support.
Qualified candidates will have expertise in traditional as well as innovative HR systems, employment laws and a solid understanding of federal/state and non-profit resources designed to support Wake Robin staff.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3-years’ experience as an HR Generalist
SHRM membership, preferably SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
Compensation:
Starts at $24.64/hr, increases depending on experience.
Must be vaccinated for COVID.
