Job Duties:
- Greets members and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assists members and guests with general inquiries
- Answers phones, forwards calls and takes messages
- Sorts incoming mail
- Assists with administrative duties as assigned
- High School Diploma; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Thursdays, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Fridays, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
- Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Sundays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
