Overview
Project Manager
Location/Area: Denver, CO
Salary Range: $110k to $130K per year
WW CLYDE is seeking an experienced project manager to help us build heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects in the Denver area.
- Facilitate internal and external preconstruction meetings and procedures
- Responsible for optimizing performance and gross margin while managing client relationships, safety, and quality
- Manage operational, administrative, equipment, and personnel functions
- Maintain consistent and accurate schedule and ensure timely completion of project closeout
- Practice ethical business transactions, adhere to the corporate policies, values, and beliefs while pursuing the company's short and long-range goals
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant, progressive construction project management experience on public, commercial, and/or residential infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource (personnel and equipment) scheduling
- Excellent people, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer skills must include: Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access), P6 Scheduling
Preferences:
- BS Degree: Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Experience with Heavy Civil construction
- Experience with design/build
