We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and be prepared to contribute to our financial team's efforts immediately. Possession of an Accounting Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in the accounting field is required. Candidates must have prior experience with Drake Tax Software and be proficient with QuickBooks Online, demonstrating a strong ability to manage financial records and transactions. Additionally, proficiency in Excel is a must, showcasing strong abilities in managing, analyzing, and reporting financial data using advanced spreadsheet functions.

The ideal candidate should also be willing and enthusiastic about learning and adapting to other accounting software tools as required by our operations. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all assignments, is crucial. Furthermore, candidates must be open to taking on special projects, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication is key to this role, as the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients via email and phone calls, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness in all interactions. A requirement for this position is that the candidate must be a US citizen.
