We are looking for an experienced security manager to join our growing team! Due to recent events, community members want to feel safe and prepared with next steps in the case of an emergency. We are passionate about providing peace of mind to our customers--not only at home, but also when going to work, school or attending local events and stores. Prepare to be hands on in the field while leading a team of technicians to successfully install and monitor alarm wiring/equipment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Manage and train security technicians.
• Hire and onboard new members of the security team.
• Follow and uphold all security policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular security inspections.
• Present security improvement plans to executives.
• Build and manage your security technician team.
• Recommend new security technology.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Ensure that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
