Job Description: Security Officer

Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any signs of unauthorized entry or suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and guests with inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Experience:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices is a plus
- Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
