-Responsibilities-
- Verify and validate vendor invoice bills
- Obtain appropriate approval to pay vendor bills
- Prepare and manage bills for payment, record bills paid
- Verify employee expense report activity for accuracy, details, and receipts
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Bookkeeping
- Assist accounting and financial manager on special projects
- Monitor and track project costs
- Monthly reporting and finance project management
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate project costing
The Preferred Candidate Might Have:
-Qualifications-
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor and attitude
- Sage 300 preferred not required
- Construction accounting software
- Requires 2 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar products
- Ability to resolve conflict and deal with issues
- Organizational structure to multitask, work with pressure
- Willing to step in and help where needed
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
