The HR Specialist – Learning Development serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VOANS for Learning and Development. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the training and development initiatives for VOANS, including communities, support centers and telework employees. This role involves identifying training needs (including required trainings), designing and implementing learning programs, ensuring consistency in practices/orientation etc., and evaluating their effectiveness. The HR Learning and Development Specialist works closely with on-site HR, senior management, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the continuous development and enhancement of employee skills and competencies.
*Remote or Hybrid; Ability to work flexible hours & travel to sites up to 30% is required.
Salary: $90,000; Tentative Performance Incentive
